		<description>I hear you!  I lived in D.C. during my college days and the Giant would be cleared of all bread and milk if the word snow even appeared in the forecast.  So funny, considering we don&#039;t even freak unless there are 5 or more inches in Chicago!</description>

		<description>The snow plows do that here, too.  There must have been some mathematical modeling somewhere along the line that indicates that this pattern makes sense, but I don&#039;t understand why it takes three trucks to plow one street.  The blade an inch of the ground protects the blade -or so I&#039;ve heard.  But the whole thing sucks.  Snow should fall on yards and gently onto trees, where it&#039;s pretty.  It shouldn&#039;t fall on cars, driveways, or streets.  That&#039;s how I would do things if I were queen ;)</description>
