Sunshower Window Box

Today is a writer's block sort of day.
So I'll share the photograph of yesterday's sun-shower and the window box on the
front porch (click thumbnail for full
photo): 
I wish the photograph could convey
even half of the movie atmosphere the rain, the sunshine, and the mist
evaporating off of the pavement gave the afternoon. The colors of the trees and
the flowers were more vivid than usual. The dog, out for his evening
constitutional, blinked up at the bright sunlight while shaking the rain off of
his coat. Even he seemed confused and delighted by the odd weather.
